Kootai’s KT-7176 Steel stencil Cleaner Water-based cleaning agent KT-7176 is a water-based environmentally friendly cleaning agent specially developed for SMT printer solder paste stencil cleaning. It uses deionized water as the main solvent and is mixed with a variety of surfactants and additives. It is mainly used for online automatic cleaning and offline manual cleaning of SMT printer stencils, as well as cleaning of solder paste residues such as scrapers. It has good solubility and wettability for solder paste residues, and has a good cleaning effect on fine spacing and tiny holes of stencils, avoiding bridging phenomena and reducing tin beads during the welding process after printing. The cleaning time is short, there is no residue after cleaning, and it can be wiped quickly after cleaning, which has no adverse effects on subsequent printing processes.           KT-7176 has no flash point and is an ideal substitute for traditional solvent-based cleaning agents.
